​When and how are orders shipped?

​

Orders ship within 1-3 business days.  Orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.  

​

Mountain Magnolia Books is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.  If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Mountain Magnolia Books uses recycled packaging materials whenever possible. ​​

Shipping Prices:

At this time, we are shipping within the US only. 

Orders under $25: $3.95

Orders $25.01-$99.99: $5.95

Orders over $100: Free

In addition to the vintage and unique books offered on this website, Mountain Magnolia Books has partnered with Bookshop.org. You may order from our curated lists, or search for books from our affiliate page.

 

When ordering via our Bookshop.org page, keep in mind that Bookshop is a separate platform that we use to offer a wider range of books. You are still supporting Mountain Magnolia Books, but we do have limited access to the details of your order and any shipping/tracking information. Any questions you have about your Bookshop.org order can be emailed to orders@bookshop.org.

Returns and exchanges:

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is incorrect.  Please email vanssa@mountainmagnoliabooks.com if you receive an incorrect order.

 

Products:

Unless specified otherwise, books are pre-loved aka used. Book condition is noted in each book listing. Books ordered from Bookshop.org are new.  Other retail items such as book totes are made in the US or UK and are new. 

Handmade items are crafted using upcycled, vintage, and natural materials.
